Narzillo Mamatov
Narzillo Mamatov is a researcher at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers National Research University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. His research interests include mathematical modeling, machine learning, image processing, and optimal control methods, with applications in environmental systems, soil processes, and digital analysis of complex data. Dr. Mamatov is the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications indexed in Scopus, with over 280 citations and an h-index of 10. His recent work focuses on data-driven approaches, feature extraction methods, and computational modeling, including studies on environmental processes, soil reclamation, and the application of advanced computing methods in ecological monitoring.

Vadim Tynchenko
Vadim S. Tynchenko is a researcher and professor at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Moscow, Russian Federation. His research interests include machine learning, data-driven modeling, intelligent control systems, and optimization of complex engineering processes, with applications in manufacturing, energy systems, materials science, and environmental analysis. Dr. Tynchenko is the author and co-author of more than 390 scientific publications indexed in Scopus, with over 4,100 citations and an h-index of 34. His work focuses on the development and application of artificial intelligence and predictive modeling methods for monitoring, classification, and optimization tasks in complex technical and environmental systems.

Pavel Vitliemov
Pavel Vitliemov is a researcher at the University of Ruse, Ruse, Bulgaria. His research interests include industrial engineering, intelligent decision-support systems, business intelligence, and digital technologies for manufacturing and sustainable production, with applications in Industry 4.0 environments and precision agriculture. Dr. Vitliemov is the author and co-author of more than 35 scientific publications indexed in Scopus, with over 160 citations and an h-index of 7. His recent work focuses on data-driven analysis of production processes, smart decision-making systems, and the integration of digital tools in manufacturing and agricultural engineering, including studies on production efficiency, UAV applications in precision farming, and sustainability-oriented education and technology transfer.
